You’ll lead the team on campus with excellence, help schools reach their fundraising goals, and positively impact students.

If you are selected for Booster's 10/11-month Program Leader position, you'll have the privilege to participate in L3, our leadership development program that's designed to help you learn personal and professional skills, lead at a higher level and launch your career. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for another position within Booster or launch out and positively impact another organization.
