Since our founding in 2002, our leadership has helped Booster become the most innovative school fundraising company in the country.
Meet Our Senior Leadership Team
Chris is passionate about creating a remarkable company culture that cares for each employee and client, attracts and develops great leaders, and celebrates people like no other.
Chris sits on multiple school advisory boards, has won Atlanta’s prestigious 40 Under 40 Award, and earned the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, & Nutrition Community Award in 2016, an honor bestowed by the White House to leaders across the country who promote fitness in their local communities.
Fun fact: When Booster began, 49 school principals told Chris he had a great idea but they wanted another school to go first. The 50th principal finally said yes and Chris helped the school profit more than triple their fundraising goal.
Stephen has a big heart to improve organizations through effective leadership, developing team members, and putting people first. A self-admitted "fitness junkie," he is an accomplished athlete who has completed marathons, an ultra-marathon, and an Iron Man triathlon.
As an active member in the greater Atlanta community, Stephen serves on the board of his children’s school, his local YMCA, and as an advisor to a non-profit that supports social-good entrepreneurs.
Fun fact: Stephen’s go-to karaoke song is “With Arms Wide Open” by Creed. It’s quite the sight.
With over 25 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur and banking consultant, Stan brings financial wisdom and experience to Booster’s fast-growing organization.
Stan serves on his local school’s finance committee. He is also president of the athletic association, and treasurer of the parent club. You might be noticing a theme here—Stan’s a wizard with numbers and spreadsheets.
Fun fact: Stan loves to travel with family, play golf, ski, hike, watch college football, and read (mostly ancient history—to remind him of his childhood).
Like many others, Todd was drawn to Booster by the quality of its people. He appreciates Booster’s desire to make an impact and grow virtuous leaders at work, home, and in the community.
Booster’s mission of strengthening schools hits close to home for Todd. He served as an elementary school P.E. teacher after graduating from Georgia Tech. Now Todd and his team develop our online giving platform which makes the entire donation process seamless, fun, and more profitable for schools.
Fun fact: As an outdoorsman, one of Todd’s favorite adventures was a road trip with his wife shortly after they were married. They explored national parks, slept in their car, and ate PB&J’s the whole way.
Jody and his team serve schools by making sure Booster products are as efficient and effective as possible to maximize school profits. A huge basketball fan, Jody has coached several youth basketball teams.
Fun fact: In addition to his love for basketball, Jody enjoys woodworking and once built his wife a porch swing that has (so far) miraculously survived his four lively kids.
Mark has traveled the ranks at Booster, serving schools through every position. Now, as Vice President of Sales, Mark and his team train Booster field team members to be great problem-solvers for our school partners.
Mark’s grandmother, mother, sister, and wife are all teachers, so he loves that he gets to serve schools every day. A proud Minnesota native, in addition to hiking and camping with his family, Mark still enjoys a good game of hockey.
Fun fact: According to Mark, the classic 90s film The Mighty Ducks was loosely based on his life.
Daniel has the beloved worked-my-way-up-from-the-mailroom story. He started as a part-time team member serving schools in the Atlanta area. His exceptional knack for solving complex logistical problems became evident quickly.
Since then, Daniel has successfully tackled some of our most head-scratching operational initiatives to make the spirit gear process easier and more delightful for our clients.
Fun fact: Daniel was destined to work for Booster. In elementary school he won his run-a-thon 3 years in a row. He went on to run cross-country at the University of Georgia.

Pete’s heart for outrageously good customer service, quality products, and fair pricing has grown Booster Spirit Gear into one of the nation’s largest custom gear organizations in the nation.
Pete sits on multiple apparel boards that produce sustainable apparel products. He desires to bring humanity back into the apparel industry.
Fun fact: Pete coaches lacrosse for his girls’ teams. He was named Coach of The Year for the county lacrosse league.
Jared and his team ensure that every Booster team member embodies the professionalism, enthusiasm, and virtues that make our organization so special.
Jared sits on the board of the young alumni business school council for his alma mater, Berry College.
Fun fact: Jared is a “shoe man” and has a growing collection of basketball shoes. It’s a love he’s passing down to his three girls who walk around in matching throwback high-tops.
Jessica joined Booster part-time in 2011 and quickly earned the reputation for getting a lot of work done very quickly. In those days, Booster began to do what many organizations were doing, migrating critical databases and workflows to the cloud.
Jessica saw this as an opportunity to add value and learn new skills, so she became Booster’s first Salesforce Administrator. Years later, her responsibilities have continued to grow. Now Jessica leads a growing Information Technology team and helps to ensure a top-notch customer journey.
Fun fact: Jessica has held her breath for over 3 minutes!
